Process

A . DIRECT SEALING Method :

seals getting direct heat from a heat plated sealing machine.

Features
Can seal all containers poly \ pet \ pvc.
Lesser investment.
Power requirement - only 100 watts ( for Heater).
Productivity - 150 - 200 containers per hour.
Bottle mouth capacity 20 mm - 90 mm dia.
If mouth dia lesser 4 or 5 containers at one stroke.
Requirement 120 ‘ C HEAT and 4 seconds of contact between seal and container.

B. INDUCTION SEALING Method :

Induction wads inserted into the cap, threaded and then sealed with an Electromagnetic rays

Easy Handling - lesser wastage during sealing
Improved productivity 1000 bottles per hour
100 % sealing as electromagnetic head automatically senses the require sealing heat and passes it
Can be improved to conveyor type with water cooling facility and production will 2.5 times more
